This summer the Lutheran School Association will be making a switch from SMART Tuition to FACTS Management for the collection of tuition for the 2009-2010 school year. The LSA will also be using FACTS Management for the collection of After / Before Care fees along with field trip, sports and other miscellaneous fees. FACTS will be mailing families an ABC statement once a month and families will make payments directly to them. Miscellaneous fee statements will also be mailed to families and payments are also paid directly to FACTS. These ABC and miscellaneous fees are separate from your tuition account. They will NOT be automatically deducted along with your tuition. These will be separate payments.
In order to facilitate our transition from SMART to FACTS, we are asking ALL families to set up their FACTS payment plans now. These will not be activated until after our registration in August.
To make paying for tuition and miscellaneous fees as easy and convenient as possible, we encourage you to sign up for one of our payment plans through FACTS – all from the comfort of your home. Here’s how:
Once enrolled, you may view your personal FACTS account online, anytime (using MyFACTS) or you may call FACTS at 800-624-7092. Confirmation will be sent to you upon enrollment from FACTS. We appreciate your cooperation.
